By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

2. Information about the services

The published content is for information purposes and presents our services for the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke furniture in MDF and chipboard. Specific parameters, lead times and prices are agreed individually in a quote and/or contract.

3. Enquiries and quotes

• Sending a contact form does not automatically constitute the conclusion of a contract.
• Quotes are valid for the period stated in them, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• For made-to-order projects, the terms are set out in a separate contract.

4. User rights and obligations

• To provide accurate and up-to-date information when making an enquiry.
• Not to use the website for unlawful purposes or to damage its systems.
• Not to publish or send content that infringes the rights of third parties.

5. Intellectual property

All texts, images, logos, graphics and design on the website are protected by the applicable intellectual property legislation. Their use beyond personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted only with prior written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the content up to date and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of technical errors. We accept no liability for damage resulting from unlawful use of the website or from external factors beyond our control.

8. Consumer rights and withdrawal

Where a contract is concluded at a distance, the rules of the Consumer Protection Act (Bulgaria) and applicable EU law apply. For goods made to the customer’s individual specifications, the right of withdrawal may be limited under the applicable legislation.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court. For online purchases, consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
